How It Works

You will complete online forms to appoint directorsand shareholders of the company.

On the receipt of your forms and payment we would carry out the necessary identity checks on the new director or the customer purchasing the company.

Once we are satisfied about the authenticity of the sale, our nominated officer will resign from the company and appoint your officers. This will be done electronically and the information of the new officers would usually be available on the companies house website within 24 hours.

Full set of documents will be posted to you by 1st class mail.
