Apex Office 100 Plus

Apex Office 100 Plus offers the same telephone answering service as Virtual Office 100 with the additional benefit of a fax line. The cost of the fax line is no more than £8 per month. Faxes will be received at our office and forwarded to you by email or by post depending upon your instruction.

The service includes:

• A Fax number



• A dedicated 0208 London telephone number.



• 100 Calls per month received in our office (£1 per call thereafter or upgrade to a higher package at any time).



• Calls answered in your business name during normal business hours.



• Your company message given to the caller if required.



• Your customer's message recorded in our system and forwarded to you immediately. by email, SMS or transferred to your mobile, depending upon your requirement.*



• Private pin protected voice mail box with your company's message for calls outside business hours.



• Message retrieval from anywhere in the world.
  

* SMS messaging charged at 10p per message, call transfers are charged at BT standard rates and fax handling charge is 10 pence per fax.  These charges are deducted from the deposit of £30 taken at the commencement of the service.
