Vintage Companies

Our company formation service is now extended to provide vintage companies at reasonable cost.

What is a vintage company?

When one of our ready made company becomes more than 9 months old we withdraw it from our regular list of ready made companies and include it in our vintage companies list. Vintage companies are suitable for clients who may have a specific reason for buying an older company.

One year after company formation a company is obliged to file annual return and accounts with Companies House. This must be done even if the company has not traded. For our vintage companies we file annual return and dormant accounts as and when they become due with Companies House and with Inland Revenue.

When you buy a vintage company from us you can be sure that the company will be in good standing and will not be carrying any debts.
