Our team of trained telephone receptionists will act as your personal assistants by answering your call in your company name and giving out any necessary information on your behalf. We take pains to give you the most efficient service. This is how it works:

• You will be given your own unique 0208 telephone number. You can give out this telephone number or divert your existing business line to it when you are unavailable. A free 0870 number can be included free of charge.



• All calls arriving at the switchboard will be answered in your company name.



• The receptionist will give out any information you wish to give to the caller and the caller will be asked to leave a message which will be forwarded to you by email, or we can leave the messages in your voice mail box.



• You can access your voice mail remotely from anywhere in the world.

After business hours the calls will go to your personalised pin-number protected voicemail box. You can access your voicemail box remotely from anywhere in the world. Identity of customer and proof of address will be required.
