Apex Company Services Limited and its website www.eformations.co.uk) recognises that your privacy is important and is committed to protecting it. We comply with Data Protection Act 1998 registration number Z5108965. This Privacy Policy explains how we use the information we collect about you.

  1. The information we collect, why we collect it and how we use it

    You may browse our website without without disclosing personal data.

    a) When you register in order to purchase our company formation service you become a member of www.eformations.co.uk and you provide us with following personal information:

    Your name, postal address, telephone number, fax number, email address.

    This information is collected so that we can fulfil your order and contact you in case there is a query with your order. We may also use this information to provide you with information about our services and products from time to time and to monitor website usage and statistical analysis to help us develop and improve www.eformations.co.uk.
    We do not send random marketing emails to your email addresses (spam), nor do we share your information with third parties.

    You can unsubscribe from future e-mail communications by sending us a blank email with the words ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject heading.

    b) When you order from us, we collect:

    i. Further information about the individuals who will be acting as officers / shareholders of the company you want us to incorporate, including names, addresses, date of birth, nationality and some other personal information about them.

    This information is collected as part of our business as company formation agent so as to notify Companies House about the appointments of your chosen individuals and to complete the company formation process. The relevant information is submitted to Companies House and it appears on public records at Companies House within 2-3 days of company incorporation. This information is also kept in our database. Our database contains no more information than what is already on the public record.

    ii. Your credit or debit card number, expiry date and other relevant information.

    Your online payments are handled by our payment partner, Protx. At no time will we or Protx store your credit/debit card details. These details are sent directly to our bank securely using 128 bit SSL encryption. You can verify this by looking at the address of the credit card entry page. This page will begin with the characters https instead of the normal http. Most browsers will usually also display some visual indication that the page is secured. Internet Explorer, for example, will display a small yellow padlock at the bottom of the browser window.

  2. Cookies

    Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser. Cookies store information that, for example, allows you to be recognised the next time you visit the site, or that allows us to better process your order.
