Re-Production of Statutory Registers
All limited companies are required to maintain statutory records of the company. Penalties can be imposed on companies not maintaining the statutory records, though in practice this rarely happens. Nevertheless, it is good practice to maintain an up-to-date statutory register.
We can assist you in completing your statutory register from the time of company incorporation, or in otherwise updating it. In the first instance we will carry out a careful company search and build up a history of all the documents filed with the Registrar. You will be advised if there are any discrepancies between your records and the records held at Companies House.
A fully-completed loose leaf register will be supplied once we have finished the work.
Cost of service - from £75 + vat - depending upon the age of the company and the number of documents filed with Companies House
