PLC Company FormationA Public limited company (PLC) has access to capital markets and can offer its shares for sale to the public through a recognised stock exchange. It can issue advertisements offering any of its securities for sale to the public. This does not mean that their shares have to be traded. In fact a lot of public limited companies are registered without any immediate intention of offering shares to the public. Such registrations are for commercial and marketing reasons, permitting the company to describe itself as a ‘plc’. Whatever your reasons for setting up a PLC we can provide a tailor-made service for the incorporation of a Public limited company. Our Procedure We take care of the complete company registration process including appointment of your directors and secretary. Two shares are issued at the time of company incorporation to your nominated shareholders. This takes away the need for transfer of shares from our nominee shareholders to yourselves and therefore there will be no stock transfer forms in your company package. PLC Company Formation £139 +vat
Once your public limited company is incorporated, it is advisable to carry out the initial statutory work and obtain a trading certificate. We can complete the initial statutory work immediately after company incorporation. Initial Statutory Work £50 +vat
This service can be purchased as an ‘add- on’ with the Plc package by completing the order form. |
