This service is ideal for small companies with a sole director and for overseas clients when a permanent U.K. based signatory is required to sign documents immediately or at short notice. We supply a corporate secretary for your limited company for compliance purpose.

The nominee secretary does not take part in company affairs, or carries out any statutory work.

• The nominee secretary does not take part in company affairs but will carry out the following statutory work as and when instructed.



• Holding all statutory records and company seal where applicable.



• The maintenance of statutory register and passing Resolutions.



• Preparation of the annual return and reminder of account filing.



• Filing all documents at Companies House, e.g. changes of directors and their details



• Share transfers and new share allocation.



• The issuing of share certificates.



• Filing of form 42 with the Inland Revenue.
