Company number for ready made companies is available instantly.

Appointment of officers
We transfer the ready made company from our officers to yours by electronic filing forms 288a but, nevertheless it can take 1-3 days for these appointments to show up on the Companies House records.

Shareholders
Ready made companies are incorporated using ourselves as a subscriber. We give you a signed stock transfer form disclaiming our share in the company and for you to transfer the share from our nominee subscriber to yourselves.

Company Name
The company name is right for your business as it has been chosen by you to reflect the type of image you may wish to portray.

Incorporation date
Own name companies are set up on the day you place the order.

Time scale
It takes about 4-5 working hours to obtain a company number.

Appointment of officers
