Certified Copies

If you have lost the original certificate of incorporation or require another copy, we can obtain a certified copy of the certificate.

You may request any of the following to be printed on a certificate of incorporation:

• Names of the directors and secretary



• Names of the shareholders



• The registered office address

Cost of Service

Regular service (7 working days)          £50 + vat
Express service (1-2 working days)      £80 + vat

Certificate of Good Standing

A certificate of good standing for a limited company can be obtained from Companies House and provided the company meets the criteria, the certificate will state the following:

“According to the documents on the file of the company in the custody of the Registrar of Companies, the company has been in continuous and unbroken existence since the date of its incorporation.

No action is currently being taken by the Registrar of Companies for striking the company off the register and dissolving it as defunct, and as far as the Registrar is aware:-

a) the company is not in liquidation or subject to an administration order, and
b) no receiver or manager of the company's property has been appointed.

You may request any of the following to be printed on a certificate of good standing:

• Names of the directors and secretary



• Names of the shareholders

Special Certificates
