This service allows the client to display our office address on all their business stationery.

Mail for our virtual office clients is received at our reception desk and is sorted, logged and dealt with according to our client's instruction.

Our mail forwarding service is primarily a letter-handling service, but occasionally parcels are acceptable.

The client may choose to collect mail from our premises, or it can be redirected to the client. Mail forwarding is normally done as soon as it is received in a single A4 envelope, unless instructed otherwise by the client. Mail can be forwarded by courier, provided courier fees are paid in advance.

There is no post handling charge. Redirection is charged at the normal postage. This will be deducted from the £30 deposit you pay when you subscribe for the service. The deposit has to be topped up on a regular basis.
